Vedan Vietnam welcomes students from Dong Nai province for the “Enterprise Semester” program

On the morning of December 13, 2025, Vedan Vietnam Company welcomed a delegation of students from Dong Nai Province for a field trip as part of the “Enterprise Semester” program, jointly organized by the Provincial Student Association, the Provincial Youth Union, and the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Dong Nai. The activity aims to provide students with opportunities to experience a real corporate environment and gain insights into large-scale operational culture in the local area.

Vedan Vietnam’s Public Relations Department warmly welcomed the delegation. The students watched an introductory video about the company’s development journey, core business areas, corporate culture, and strategic direction in Vietnam.

The delegation then proceeded to tour key areas of the company, including the production plant, office zone, sports facilities, and the dedicated port for import–export operations. The students were particularly impressed by the lush green spaces within Vedan Vietnam’s campus—its ecological lake, tree gardens, and open spaces—which create a refreshing working environment and reflect the company’s long-standing commitment to sustainable development.

Beyond general introductions, the visit became a truly practical learning session. During the Q&A exchange, students raised questions about production operations, essential skills for the modern workforce, employee benefits, and core requirements for Vedan personnel. Their proactive engagement demonstrated that the visit served not only as an experiential activity but also as a stepping-stone to help them better define their career goals after graduation.

Interactive Q&A session with company representatives

In addition to answering questions, Vedan Vietnam’s representatives also shared insights on recruitment standards, internship programs, training pathways, desired skillsets, and personal development opportunities when working at FDI enterprises such as Vedan Vietnam.

Over the years, Vedan Vietnam has consistently been recognized as an “Enterprises for Employees,” placing strong emphasis on human resource development under the belief that “Employees are the company’s most valuable asset.” Thanks to ongoing efforts to enhance employee welfare, Vedan Vietnam is one of the few companies with more than 1,400 employees who have remained with the company for over 20 years—an important factor contributing to its stable and sustainable growth.
