I. JOB OPENINGS
1. Chinese Interpreter
– Job Description:
● Interpret between Chinese and Vietnamese in meetings and daily communications
● Translate documents, emails, and reports as required
● Support communication between Taiwanese managers and relevant departments
● Perform other tasks as assigned
– Requirements:
● Graduated from college or higher
● HSK Level 4 or TOCFL Level 4 certificate or above
● Proficient in four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Chinese
● Good communication skills, proactive and responsible
2. General Labour
– Job Description:
● Perform production and packaging tasks as assigned
● Assist in operating basic machinery and equipment
● Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
– Requirements:
● At least 18 years old and graduated from lower secondary school or above
● In good health and able to work shifts
● Candidates with experience in a manufacturing environment are preferred
3. Legal Staff
– Job Description:
● Draft, review, and manage contracts and legal documents of the company
● Provide legal advice to departments in daily operations
● Monitor and update relevant legal regulations affecting the company
● Work with authorities on legal matters when required
● Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
● Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
– Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Law
● No experience required; candidates with experience are preferred
● Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
● Candidates who have completed lawyer training programs are preferred
● Knowledge of corporate, contract, and labor law is an advantage

4. Internal Auditor
– Job Description:
● Conduct internal audits based on plans or ad-hoc assignments
● Evaluate compliance with company policies and procedures
● Review internal control systems and recommend improvements
● Identify risks, issues, and propose corrective actions
● Prepare audit reports and follow up on action plans
● Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

5. Financial Staff
– Job Description:
● Check and reconcile payment-related documents
● Input and update data into the accounting system
● Monitor cash inflows and outflows, support cash flow management
● Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accuracy of documents
● Maintain proper filing of documents and records
● Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

● Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Economics, Accounting, or related fields

6. Quality Control Staff
– Job Description:
● Perform quality control (KCS) during the production process
● Operate and monitor fermentation processes according to procedures
● Conduct quality testing, especially for modified starch products
● Collect samples, analyze and conduct product testing
● Record and report inspection results and any arising issues
● Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
● Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
– Requirements:
● Diploma or higher in Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, or related fields
● No experience required; QC/KCS experience is an advantage
● Good eyesight (no nearsightedness) to meet job requirements
● Willing to work in shifts (3 shifts)

7. R&D Staff
– Job Description:
● Research and develop new products in seasonings, processed foods, and frozen foods
● Improve formulations and production processes to enhance product quality
● Conduct product trials, sensory evaluations, and quality analysis
● Coordinate with production, QC, and sales departments during product development
● Monitor market trends and propose new product ideas
● Prepare research reports and maintain related documentation
● Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
– Requirements:
● Master’s degree in Food Technology
● No experience required; experience in R&D is an advantage
● Knowledge of product development and food processing technology
● Creative mindset with strong research and analytical skills

8. Purchasing Staff
– Job Description:
● Execute purchasing activities as requested, ensuring stable supply of rice, broken rice, and starch materials with required quality and optimized cost for production of MSG, modified starch, and seasonings according to company standards
● Search, evaluate, develop, and maintain suppliers in domestic and international sourcing regions
● Inspect and evaluate input material quality (moisture, impurities, starch content, food safety, etc.)
● Negotiate prices and contract terms; monitor delivery schedules, payments, and handle arising issues
● Coordinate with Production – QA/QC – Logistics to ensure materials meet requirements for MSG and modified starch production processes
● Monitor rice market fluctuations and crop seasons, and propose appropriate purchasing strategies
– Requirements:
● College degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields with knowledge of rice and starch materials
● At least 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
● Strong communication and negotiation skills
● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email; ERP systems is a plus)
● Good organizational, time management, and documentation skills
9. Maintenance Technician (Electrical/Automation)
– Job Description:
● Operate machinery in accordance with production procedures
● Operate, maintain, and service equipment and electrical/automation systems in the factory
● Monitor, evaluate, and propose improvements to production processes
● Inspect, detect, and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner
● Coordinate with related departments to ensure stable production operations
– Requirements:
● Graduated from College level or higher in Automation, Industrial Electrical, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic Repair, or related fields
● Good health, and able to work in shifts
● Experience is an advantage
10. Welding Technician
– Job Description:
● Perform welding, fabrication, and repair of mechanical parts as required
● Maintain and repair machinery and equipment in the factory
● Operate machines and equipment in accordance with company procedures
● Inspect and ensure welding quality and workplace safety
● Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
– Requirements:
● Graduated from Intermediate level or higher in Mechanical, Welding, Repair, or related fields
● Candidates with experience in welding and mechanical work are preferred
● Basic knowledge of welding techniques, mechanical systems, and workplace safety

11. Safety Staff
– Job Description:
● Inspect and monitor occupational safety and hygiene practices in the production workshop
● Track, inspect, and organize periodic maintenance of safety equipment, fire protection systems, and personal protective equipment (PPE)
● Prepare periodic reports (monthly/quarterly/annual) on labor conditions, workplace accidents, and environmental incidents in compliance with regulations
● Participate in investigations, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions for accidents or incidents
● Prepare documentation and organize/join regular Safety & Health meetings
● Monitor compliance with HSE standards (EMS, OHSAS/ISO 45001)

● 3 shifts: 6 shifts/week
– Shift A: 23:30 – 07:30
– Shift B: 07:30 – 15:30
– Shift C: 15:30 – 23:30
● Office shift (Shift D): Monday – Saturday: 07:30 – 16:30
