On July 14th, Vedan and the Saigon Professional Chefs Association organized a special super chef class when there was the re-appearance of Chef Nguyen Van Tra.
Chef Nguyen Van Tra – chef of Hoang Yen Premier Buffet Restaurant has returned and promised a boom in the super chef class. Do not let students wait any longer, Chef Nguyen Van Tra embarked on 2 consecutive dishes of Shrimp rolls with century eggs and fish fillet with dragon fruit sauce using Vedan multipurpose crispy fried powder and Vedan spicy dry crispy fried powder. The moderate crunch of Vedan crispy fried powder combined with other ingredients made the difference to the dish.
Both dishes were attractive, eye-catching students from the decoration to the taste. Students who tried them were very surprised because the food was above wonderful.
At the end of the class, the gifts were given by Vedan to the students.
