Ingredients: Fresh green crab, Vedan multi-purpose deep-fried flour, vinegar, lemongrass, ginger.
Spices: Cooking oil, salt, sugar, Vedan monosodium glutamate, Vedan chili sauce.
Cooking step:
Step 1: Clean green crabs, remove bibs, soak with salt for about 20 minutes, then blanch in boiling water with vinegar added.
Step 2: Marinate the crabs with a mixture of spices including Vedan monosodium glutamate, sliced ginger, lemongrass, sugar and a little salt.
Step 3: Mix Vedan multi-purpose crispy flour with water to create a certain consistency. Coat the crabs in flour and deep fry in oil until golden brown.
Step 4: Take out the crab cakes, drain the oil. Then put on a plate and enjoy with Vedan chili sauce.
