TARO FISH HOT POT COOKED WITH SOUR BAMBOO SHOOTS

Ingredients: Taro fish, tomatoes, sour bamboo shoots, coriander

Spices: Mixture of Vedan monosodium glutamate, fish sauce, sugar

Cooking steps:

Step 1: Wash the fish and cut it in half. Tomatoes cut into areca shape. Wash sour bamboo shoots carefully with water, put in a basket to drain.
Step 2: Heat cooking oil in a pot, when the oil is hot, add thinly sliced shallots and sauté them until fragrant, then add tomatoes and sauté until the tomatoes are firm, then add water to the pot.
Step 3: When the water is boiling, add the sour bamboo shoots to cook together. Season the hot pot with a mixture of Vedan monosodium glutamate, fish sauce, and sugar to taste. Add tamarind juice if you like it more sour. Season with chopped cilantro for better aroma
Step 4: When eating, add fish and vegetables to the cooked hot pot, eat with fresh vermicelli and dip with fish sauce and spicy chili.
