Ingredients: Orange, ribs, minced garlic, minced scallion
Seasoning: HADAY Premium Soy Sauce, cooking wine, sugar, starchy flour
Cooking steps:
Wash the orange, peel and remove the seeds, cut into cubes and extract the juice. Wash the ribs, then blanch and drain off the water, and marinate with cooking wine and HADAY Premium Soy Sauce.
Fritter the starchy flour on marinated ribs, deep-fry till well done, scoop out and drain off the oil.
Stir-fry the minced ginger, minced scallion, put ribs in and stir-fry well again, then pour orange juice, sugar in and simmer it.
