STIR-FRIED SPICED ESCARGOTS (STIR-FRY)

Ingredients: Escargots, garlics, star anise, Sichuan pepper, dried red chilies, red chilies

Seasoning: HADAY Premium Soy Sauce, VEDAN MSG, fish sauce

Cooking steps:

  1. Wash the escargots and remove the ends, then blanch and drain off the water. Wash the garlics, peel and slice into cubes. Wash the red chilies and cut into julienne.
  2. Stir-fry the garlics, star anise, Sichuan pepper, then put escargots in, add VEDAN MSG and sauté well, then put red chilies and stir-fry well, add HADAY Premium Soy Sauce, fish sauce to stir-fry well again, then dish up.
