Ingredients: Mactra clams, minced ginger, minced garlic, red chilies, white sesames
Seasoning: HADAY Premium Soy Sauce, VEDAN MSG, white sugar, vinegar
Cooking steps:
1. Wash and blanch mactra clams, then drain off the water. Wash the red chilies and cut into julienne.
2. Stir-fry red chilies with cooking oil. Then put minced ginger, minced garlic in, add HADAY Premium Soy Sauce, VEDAN MSG, white sugar, vinegar and stir well into dressing.
3. Pour the dressing on mactra clams, sprinkle white sesame on top and stir well.
