BRAISED PORK RIBS WITH TAPIOCA ROOT

• Ingredients: Young ribs, tapioca root, ginger, garlic, green onion, chili

• Spices: Vedan pork seasoning, sugar, Vedan fish sauce, pepper

• Cooking steps

Step 1: Wash ribs, cut into bite-sized pieces. Marinate ribs with Vedan pork seasoning, sugar, and pepper for about 30 minutes. Peel tapioca root

Step 2: Put the pan on the stove, add cooking oil, wait until the oil is hot then add in the sugar, let the heat dissolves the sugar. Reduce heat to low so that the sugar foams, then add the ribs and stir well. Add some Vedan fish sauce.

Step 3: Pour water to cover the ribs and then put the tubers in. Add Vedan pork seasoning to taste and cook on low heat until the water thickens.
