• Ingredients: Young egg yolk with chickencoop, garlic, red onion, dried chili (whole fruit)

• Cooking steps
Step 1: Wash the chickencoop and cut it to taste. Marinate with onions, garlic, and Vedan fishsauce for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Saute onion, garlic, dried chili with cooking oil. Then stir-fry the chickencoop. When the chickencoop is firm, add water to cover and bring to a boil. Add Vedan chili sauce, water ball, salt, pepper, sugar and season to taste.
