Ingredients: Cobia, curry, coconut milk, fresh milk without sugar, potatoes, carrots, peppers, coriander, lemongrass, red onions, garlic
Spices: Vedan pork seasoning, salt, sugar
Cooking steps:
Step 1: Wash cobia and marinate with Vedan pork seasoning, salt, sugar, curry powder within 30 minutes. Potatoes, carrots, peeled, sliced to taste.
Step 2: Deep fried potatoes and carrots. Stir fry onion and garlic until fragrant, then add marinated cobia and fry on both sides until golden.
Step 3: Put a large pot on the stove, stir-fry the lemongrass, then put the tomato paste into the pot and stir well. When the curry really smells good, add the fish. Turn down the heat to low, fry the fish for about 5 minutes to fully absorb the curry.
Step 4: When the fish is soaked in curry, add coconut milk and bring to a boil. Then, put the potatoes and carrots into the stew for about 10-15 minutes.
Step 5: Add fresh milk without sugar and wait for it to boil again, season to taste.
