Cooking steps
Step 1: Peel the carrots, wash them, and cut them into finger-sized chunks. Cut off the stem of the broccoli, then separate the cotton and clean. Boil about 200ml of water, add ½ teaspoon of salt, add carrots, broccoli and mushrooms and boil for 5-7 minutes.
