Ingredients: Cucumbers, minced ginger, minced garlic, red chilies, dried red chilies
Seasoning: HADAY Premium Soy Sauce, VEDAN MSG, white sugar, vinegar
Cooking steps:
- Wash the cucumbers and cut into slices, then blanch and drain off the water. Wash red chilies and cut into julienne.
- Stir-fry red chilies and dried red chilies with cooking oil. Then put minced ginger, minced garlic in, add HADAY Premium Soy Sauce, VEDAN MSG, white sugar, vinegar, then stir well into dressing.
- Pour the dressing on cucumbers, and stir well.
