EELS COOKED WITH CILANTRO

Ingredients: Eel, coriander, red onion, soy sauce

Spices: Vedan Fish sauce, pepper, sugar, Vedan monosodium glutamate

Cooking steps:

Step 1: Remove all the oil from the eel, then wash it, then marinate it with spices including Vedan fish sauce, pepper, sugar, and Vedan monosodium glutamate.
Step 2: Wash coriander leaves, keep the stalks. Place a layer of cilantro at the bottom of the clay pot, then put the eel and marinade mixture in a circle shape. Let the mixture sit for 15-20 minutes for the eel meat to absorb before bringing it to a boil.
Step 3: Cook the clay pot over low heat for about 20 minutes until the eel is cooked. During the cooking process do not open the lid, do not stir the ingredients. When the eel is cooked, take the pot off, sprinkle with cilantro, sliced chili.
Step 4: Make the dipping sauce: Puree soy sauce, add sugar, seasoning seeds to cook until the water thickens.
