Cooking steps
Step 1: Clean the crabs, remove the shells and take out the crab blood. Add minced shallots and garlic to the cooking oil, stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 2: Put the fried crab blood into a pot of water, bring to a boil, then season with Vedan shiitake mushrooms, sugar, salt, and Vedan fish sauce to taste.
Step 3: Put the shelless crabs into the cooking pot. Boil water again for young tamarind leaves, mint and sliced okra, tomatoes cut areca, fragrant. Season to taste, then turn off the stove.
