Ingredients: eggplant , red chilies
Seasoning: HADAY Premium Soy Sauce, HADAY Superior Oyster Sauce
Cooking steps:
1. Wash the eggplant and cut it into julienne, then deep-fry till its surface turns gold, then scoop out and drain off the oil.
2. Stir-fry the red chilies with cooking oil, then put eggplant julienne in and stir-fry till it turns soft, add HADAY Premium Soy Sauce, HADAY Superior Oyster Sauce then stir-fry well and dish up.
