Ingredients: He Fish, green mango, chili, garlic, ginger
Spices: Vedan monosodium glutamate, salt, sugar
Cooking steps:
Step 1: Clean the fish, cut a few lines on the body, drain. Marinate fish with sugar, salt, Vedan monosodium glutamate, minced garlic and ginger for about 30 minutes.
Step 2: After the fish is soaked in spices, put it in the oven or bake it on a charcoal stove.
Step 3: Mix fish sauce, sugar, and water in the ratio 2:1:1, then put it in a pot to boil gently. Tasting, let cool and then add minced garlic and chili.
Step 4: Minced mango. When eating, put mango on fish, drizzle Vedan fish sauce on top. Can be eaten with rice or rice paper.
