International Women’s Day 8/3 is a very special occasion to honor “Half of the world”. Every year, on this day, the atmosphere contest of cooking, flower arranging, and skipping ropes spreads throughout the departments. This year, due to the impact of the Covid 19 epidemic, the contest was not held, but Vedan Vietnam Company and Labor Union gave meaningful gifts to more than 600 women working in Vedan Vietnam.
Outside of working hours, women are also known as “internal ministers” who always nurture the family fire and create delicious and nutritious daily meals. Understanding that important position, this year’s 8/3 gift is very practical including 1 high-quality non-stick frying pan, soy sauce, oyster sauce (2 new products of Vedan Vietnam are about to launch).
Ms. Le Thi Hien (MSG finished product warehouse) said: “We were very surprised with the gift of March 8 this year. We are very happy because in the difficult economic situation, the Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control is very complicated, but the Company and the Labor Union are still attentive and concerned about employees. Even more excited with the company’s new spice products. We will try harder to take care of our family and work well, helping Vedan Vietnam grow stronger and stronger.”
The bright smiles like flowers have replaced the thanks of the employees for the concern of the Vedan Company’s Labor Union. This year’s March 8 holiday is special and leaves unforgettable memories.
