KHMER SIM LO SOUP (Khmer-styled fish soup)

Ingredient: Half dried snakehead fish, broth, 1 pip banana blossom, lime, coriander, spring onion.

Spice: Sugar, fish sauce, salt, pepper, Vedan Mommy shrimp meat seasoning.

How to cook:

+Step1: Cut fish and banana blossom into bite-sized pieces, then soak with lime and light salted water to prevent blackening. Boil water and season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, in order to quick blanch fish.

+Step 2: Boil 1.5l of water, add fish and banana blossom in, season Vedan Mommy to make the dish more delicious!

+Step 3: Finally add coriander and green onions on top with a little pepper. Sim lo soup is served hot in bowl.
