Step 2: Next, coat each crab with chicken eggs and Vedan versatile crispy frying flour. Let the crab marinate for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, add another layer of wheat flour coating to the
crab.
Step 3: Heat up the oil and deep fry the crab until it is 90% crispy. Then, add the betel leaves to
fry together and remove them from the oil along with the crab.
