VEDAN Golden Golden Fish Balls – Pork & Mushroom Filling is a product developed according to a special recipe from VEDAN Vietnam, the surimi is strictly selected from premium raw materials from the ocean (Threadfin Bream) to help the product has a delicious and rich seafood flavor, combining the fresh taste of mushrooms and the savory flavor of pork meat, creating a unique pork and mushroom filling.
Suitable for cooking soup, hot pot, fry and preparing other dishes.

3. COOKING INSTRUCTION
Cooking in soup or hot pot: The product does not need to be defrosted, simply add it to the boiling soup or hot pot and cook for 3-4 minutes before serving.
Frying: Defrosting for 2-3 hours, then deep fry in oil at 150ºC for 1 minute and 20 seconds.
4. STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Store at ≤ -18ºC or freezer.
Do not refreeze product after defrosting.
Once the packaging is opened, the product must be stored in the refrigerator and used within 24 hours.

24 months from date of manufacture.
