Korean pancake (부침개 / Chijimi) is one of the traditional snacks of Korean cuisine. Up to now, this cake is still very popular not only in the land of Kim Chi but also in many other parts of the world (including Vietnam).

3. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

• • Pan-fry:

  Heat the pan, apply a layer of oil evenly on the surface of the pan. Put the cake (not defrosted) on medium heat and fry on both sides, for total time of:
  30 g/piece (180g bag): 4-5 minutes.
  180 g/piece (900g bag): 8 minutes.

  • Microwave:

  30 g/piece (180g bag): Do not defrost, microwave the cake at 600W for 3 minutes.
  180 g/piece (900g bag): Do not defrost, microwave the cake at 800W for 5 minutes 30 seconds

4. STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Store at -18oC or freezer.
