VEDAN TAKOYAKI
Takoyaki – Japan’s famous national delicacy
Takoyaki is a classic representative of Japan’s national cuisines; and it is one of the famous snacks that is popular not only in Japan, but also around the world, at food streets (food court).

- COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Fry:
Pour oil into the pot, the amount of oil must be enough to cover the cake. Boil oil to 170oC.
Put the cake (not defrosted) into the fryer. Depending on the number of cakes, they will be fried at different times:
6 pcs/time: fry for 4.5 minutes (20g pieces), or fry for 5 minutes (30g pieces).
12 pcs/time: fry for 5 minutes (20g pieces), or fry for 6 minutes (30g pieces).
18 pcs/time: fried for 5.5 minutes, or fried for 6.5 minutes (30g pieces).
During the frying process, the temperature can be adjusted to achieve the desired color. The cake is cooked, the outside is golden brown and crispy.
- Microwave:
20g/pc (300 g bag): Do not defrost, microwave the cake at 600W for 4 minutes.
30g/pc (1.2 kg bag): Do not defrost, microwave the cake at 600W for 5 minutes.
4.STORAGE INSTRUCTION
Store at -18oC or freezer.
