SCALLOPS STEAM WITH CELLOPHANE NOODLE AND MINCED GARLIC (STEAM)

Ingredients: Scallops, cellophane noodle, red chilies, minced garlic

Seasoning: HADAY Premium Soy Sauce, HADAY Superior Oyster Sauce, fish sauce

Cooking steps:

  1. Soak and soften the cellophane noodle. Wash the scallops and place cellophane noodle on scallops as topping, dish up for later use.
  2. Prepare a small bowl, add in minced garlic, HADAY Premium Soy Sauce, HADAY Superior Oyster Sauce and a bit fish sauce, stir well into dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing on the clamps, and prepare a steam pot with boiling water, then steam the scallops about 3 minutes.
  4. Stir-fry red chilies with cooking oil, then pour on top of scallops.
