For many years, internal training programs have been implemented annually at Vedan Vietnam. In 2019, the staff training program continued to be organized with the participation of 21 key employees in the company from many different departments such as production department, research and development department, sales department, etc. With the cooperation of Apexcorp training unit, the training contents at Vedan Vietnam are organized as diverse as: human resource management, updating the “Labor Code”, practicing presentation skills and organizing conferences, skills to supervise and evaluate employee performance… Attractive training methods through application situations, group discussions, video presentations… have received positive feedbacks from students.
After the course, Ms. Duong Gip Phong said, “Every day, because I’m so busy with work, I don’t have much time to learn soft skills and management skills. After this course, I have learned a lot about team development, understand more about myself and learn more “secrets” to work with customers more effectively”.
Representative of Vedan Vietnam, Deputy General Director Mr. Ko Chung Chih shared: “Improving skills and updating legal regulations for employees is part of the human resource development plan of Vedan Vietnam. Investing in people is the way to develop human resources – the company’s most important asset. This not only contributes to increase the work productivity of Vedan employees, but above all help each employee develop themselves to contribute more to society”.
