Cooking steps
Step 1: Select the leg part of beef tendon, already boiled. Pre-boiled with a little salt, ginger, then take out to cool, cut thin.
Step 2: Wash star fruit, cut off the edges and cut into thin slices. Thinly sliced ginger, minced lemongrass and chili, laksa leaves for leaves. Thinly slice onion, soak with vinegar and sugar for 5 minutes to reduce unpleasant smell. Roasted white sesame.
Step 3: Mix fish sauce mixed with salad with Vedan pork seasoning, Vedan fish sauce, sugar, lemon juice, garlic, chili.
Step 4: Put beef tendon in a large bowl, then add 2/3 of the fish sauce, mix well and let it sit for 15-20 minutes to infuse.
