Ingredients: Roast duck, bell pepper (green, red, yellow), onion, satay, oyster sauce
Spices: Vedan chili sauce, salt, sugar, Vedan monosodium glutamate
Cooking steps:
Step 1: Roasted duck meat cut into bite-sized pieces, bell peppers and onions cut into cubes.
Step 2: Put Vedan chili sauce, oyster sauce, satay in a bowl, mix well into a mixture.
Step 3: Put the pan on the stove, when the oil is hot, add the onions and fry until fragrant. Stir the duck meat. When the meat is slightly cooked, add the above mixture.
Step 4: Stir-fry the meat for about 5 minutes, then add the bell peppers. Season the dish with salt, sugar, and Vedan monosodium glutamate to taste, stir-fry for a while until the bell pepper is cooked.
