Continuing the Love & Care journey, on the occasion of the New Year, Vedan Vietnam continues organizing a program to give Tet gifts to people in difficult circumstances with the desire to send the most beautiful things, so that everyone can celebrate Tet with happiness and warmth.
In the last days of the year, everyone is busy preparing to fulfill the wishes of a reunion and prosperous Tet. But somewhere, there are still families struggling with money, they worry about how to get a meal to worship their grandparents, new clothes for children, a piece of cake, a cup of tea when the family reunites… With the desire to share some of difficulties and spread the joy in the New Year to spring, Vedan Vietnam gave 1,000 gifts to in difficult circumstances in Dong Nai province (This is also the 8th consecutive year the company has implemented this program). In addition, Vedan Vietnam also cooperated with Ho Chi Minh City Women’s Newspaper to give Tet gifts to support poor children, female migrant workers, and poor women who cannot return to their hometown to celebrate Tet in Ho Chi Minh City.
With the companion and support of the Red Cross Society, People’s Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Long Thanh district… Vedan Vietnam Company in turn presented 1,000 Tet gifts to people in communes of Tan Hiep, Tam An, Cam Duong, Binh Son, Phuoc Binh, Phuoc Thai, and My Xuan ward (Phu My town, Ba Ria Vung Tau) in 3 days January 14, 15 and 16. Each gift includes money and necessities such as rice, cooking oil, MSG – seasoning flavors, Vedan wishes to contribute to bringing people simple but warm, dear, Tet-flavored meals.
Representative of Vedan Vietnam, Mr. Hsieh Jau Hwang shared: “The happiness of people when receiving gifts from the company is the motivation for us to continue implementing this program. The gifts are not of great value, but contain the “Love & Care” of the company’s employees, hopefully with Vedan’s help, difficult households will welcome a warm and happy New Year and towards a better future.
Giving Tet gifts to people in difficult circumstances is an annual activity that Vedan continues to preserve and promote, stemming from the mission of bringing a happier and warmer Spring to people in Dong Nai province. in particular and Vietnam in general. With the motto “Development from society, dedication to society”, Vedan Vietnam is constantly making efforts to deploy and spread more and more meaningful and practical social activities for the community. Hopefully with its contribution, Vedan Vietnam will partly join hands to improve the lives of many Vietnamese people in the future.
