STEWED BEEF BRISKET WITH DAIKON RADISH (STEW)

Ingredients: Daikon radish, beef brisket, ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon, dried red chilies

Seasoning: HADAY Premium Soy Sauce, VEDAN MSG

Cooking steps:

  1. Peel and wash the Daikon radish, then cut into cubes. Wash the beef brisket and cut into cubes, then blanch and drain off the water.
  2. Stir-fry the ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon, dried red chilies, then put beef brisket in and sauté well, add HADAY Premium Soy Sauce and stir-fry well again, pour clear water to the level that covers beef brisket, boil on high then turn down to low fire and stew about 30 minutes till beef brisket soften, add VEDAN MSG, then put Daikon radish in, keep simmering till Daikon radish is cooked, then dish up.
