STIR FRI PORK INTENSTINE WITH PICKLE GREEN

• Ingredients: pork intestines, pickled green, horn peppers, coriander, white wine

• Spices: Vedan pork seasoning, Vedan fish sauce, sugar

• Cooking steps:

+ Step 1: Clean the intestines with water and white wine, cut the intestines into bite-sized pieces. Pickled green cut into bite-sized pieces, squeeze out the water of the cabbage to reduce the salty and sour taste.

+ Step 2: Saute garlic with cooking oil. Add the intestine and sauté over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Season with Vedan pork seasoning, Vedan fish sauce, sugar and stir-fry with medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes.

+ Step 3: When the intestine has absorbed the spices, add the pickled green and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.

+ Step 4: Put the dish on a plate, pepper, horn chili, coriander on top.
