Ingredients: Luffa, green beans, minced garlic, green chilies, red chilies
Seasoning: HADAY Premium Soy Sauce, HADAY Superior Oyster Sauce
Cooking steps:
1. Wash, peel and slice the luffa. Wash and blanch the green beans, then drain off the water. Wash green chilies and red chilies then cut into julienne.
2. Stir-fry minced garlic, green chilies and red chilies with cooking oil. Put in green beans and sliced luffa then stir-fry well. Add HADAY Premium Soy Sauce, HADAY Superior Oyster Sauce and stir-fry well again, then dish up.
