Ingredients: Escargots, garlics, star anise, Sichuan pepper, dried red chilies, red chilies
Seasoning: HADAY Premium Soy Sauce, VEDAN MSG, fish sauce
Cooking steps:
- Wash the escargots and remove the ends, then blanch and drain off the water. Wash the garlics, peel and slice into cubes. Wash the red chilies and cut into julienne.
- Stir-fry the garlics, star anise, Sichuan pepper, then put escargots in, add VEDAN MSG and sauté well, then put red chilies and stir-fry well, add HADAY Premium Soy Sauce, fish sauce to stir-fry well again, then dish up.
