Vedan honored to sponsor the training program in May– The theme “European Dishes – Reunion of Quintessence” organized by Saigon professional chefs association

To spread the message “Vedan, Everyone can be Master Chef”, Vedan is pleased to sponsor the Saigon Professional Chefs Association to organize cooking training program. The program is a place to exchange and learn from talented young chefs and experienced chefs from famous restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City.

The training program in May, held on 22nd May, 2020, had the participation of chefs and students from Hoa Sen University, with the theme of “European dishes – Reunion of Quintessence”.

Chef Hoang Van Thanh, who working at Vietnam Airline – Food Preparation Section, has prepared 2 dishes: Mushroom Seafood Soup and Pandan Leaf Grilled Pork cooked with Vedan Pork Bone flavor seasoning and Pork flavor seasoning.
