Dong Nai Food Festival is a traditional event of Dong Nai province’s tourism industry. This eighth festival with the theme “Culinary journey connecting tourism” is an opportunity to introduce the unique culinary features of Dong Nai to tourists inside and outside the province. This is also an opportunity for enterprises in sectors of culinary, food and tourism to promote their brands to visitors. The festival had many unique and meaningful activities, attracting visitors and bringing a lot of value to visitors as well as participating enterprises.
In this Dong Nai Food Festival, Vedan Vietnam Company introduced to visitors its latest products, including monosodium glutamate, flavor seasoning, crispy frying powder, fried rice spice, hotpot spice and consumer products such as confectionery, snack, fish fiber. In addition, Vedan first introduced to visitors the cooking oil products – Vedan Care 100% soybean oil and Vedan Care 100% sunflower oil. This new Vedan cooking oil product line limits the amount of oil smoke when frying, reducing the risks of related diseases. In addition, during the five days of the Festival, at the Vedan booth, there were cooking demonstrations and tasting of attractive and diverse dishes using Vedan products warmly supported by visitors.
