Recently, Vedan Company has continued to accompany the Study Promotion Association of Tan Thanh District, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province to award Scholarships for Study and Talents promotion scholarship for poor studious students in the district.
Tan Thanh District Study Promotion Scholarship is an annual scholarship award program that has been organized 7 times, with the goal of encouraging the spirit of bright examples who are good students with difficult circumstances. In this year’s scholarship awarding ceremony, Vedan accompanied the event and sponsored 75 scholarships for excellent students at the national and provincial levels with a total value of VND 40,700,000.
Sharing about Vedan’s aspirations, Mr. Tsai Ping Hsuan – deputy director of the General President Office representing Vedan Vietnam said, “Along with the Tan Thanh District Study Promotion Association from the first year of its establishment, we realized this is a meaningful activity when Vedan can contribute to creating conditions for the development of the country’s preschools.”
By 2017, the Study Promotion Association of Tan Thanh district had mobilized nearly 1 billion VND, awarded thousands of scholarships and gifts, and provided material and spiritual support to poor students to overcome difficulties on their educational path.
Through this activity, local authorities in Ba Ria – Vung Tau also thanked and highly appreciated the spirit of Vedan Vietnam for the Tan Thanh District Study Promotion Scholarship on the journey to promote the province education career.
