On December 21, 2018, Vedan Vietnam Company (Vedan Vietnam) held a ceremony to celebrate the dedication of 40 employees who have 20 years of seniority and 64 employees who have 20 years of seniority at company, bringing the total number of employees with more than 20 years of seniority at the company by the end of 2018 to 642 people.
Success in business and a solid position in the Vietnamese market is the result of the efforts of all Vedan Vietnam staffs over the past 27 years, especially the core staffs, with seniority. For them, Vedan Vietnam is not only a workplace but also a second home, an important part of life. More preciously, many young talents have followed in their parents’ footsteps and continued to work at Vedan Vietnam.
In a warm and solemn atmosphere, the staff with 20-25 years of seniority at Vedan Vietnam were extremely excited and deeply moved before the Gratitude Ceremony started

The General Director gives flowers and congratulates the families with 2 generations working at the company. By the end of 2018, there are over 30 families with 2 generations working at Vedan Vietnam
The quality of employees’ lives is always paid special attention by the company through practical actions such as: Providing spacious, clean and beautiful accommodation for remote workers, supporting nutritious meals for workers, supporting the shuttle bus, fuel costs for employees…the fine arts movement is always thoughtfully organized by the company’s labor union, attracting many employees to participate.
The gratitude ceremony has created a strong motivation for employees to continue working hard, staying longer with the enterprise in the spirit of solidarity for a strong Vedan Vietnam.
