Recently, Vedan Vietnam Company has continued to accompany the Red Cross Association of Dong Nai province, the People’s Committee of Phuoc Binh commune (Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province) to donate 2 Red Cross houses and 2 great unity houses to families in difficult circumstances in Cam My district, Dinh Quan district and Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province. Each house is sponsored by the company for 50 million VND, the rest is contributed by government agencies, sponsors and families themselves.
The family of Mr. Vi Van Be (living in Song Ray commune, Cam My district, Dong Nai province) lives in a rotten tiled house with mixed wood walls for a long time…. which has been degraded, ramshackle because of time. When the rainy season comes, the worry of the house collapsing is always beside the small family. With the support of the Red Cross Association of Dong Nai province, the People’s Committee of Cam My district and sponsors, the Red Cross house was completed and handed over to the family at the end of September 2020.

Mr. Ngo Van Sang (hamlet 5, Phuoc Binh commune, Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province) is a single father. His family stayed in an old temporary house, every day he helped the owner to look after the garden, work as a hired hand and take care of 4 small children. The dream of having a shelter from the rain and sun so that the children can go to school with peace of mind is always guarding the heart of the young father.
Tran Thi Thuy’s family (hamlet 7, Phuoc Binh commune, Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province) is also difficult when both husband and wife do not have a stable job, the house they are living in is also dilapidated; their 2 children’s health is very weak, frequent visit to hospital. After the survey, Vedan Vietnam Company in collaboration with the People’s Committee of Phuoc Binh Commune, Long Thanh District sponsored 2 Great Unity Houses for the two families. The handover ceremony was solemnly held at the end of September 2020.
