On May 10 2022, the program has been successful thanks to our venerable chefs and Saigon Tourism College’s teachers and students with their participation and support.

Our chefs has prepared two epic recipes – Rambutan Chicken Soup (Ga Tiem Chom Chom) and Long Khanh Rambutan Salad (Goi Chom Chom Long Khanh) – using the ingredients of rambutan, Vedan chili sauce and tomato sauce. These recipes has been garnished with the Imperial Style which has brought the new and oustanding representation and experience as well for the program.
