In the atmosphere the country prepares to welcome the traditional Tết Nguyên Đán Dinh Dau 2017, on Jan 17th, 2017, Vedan Vietnam Company held the program “Tet to every home – Dinh Dau Spring 2017” and gave more than 1,100 Tet gifts to families in difficult circumstances located in communes of Long Thanh district (Dong Nai province) and Tan Thanh district (Ba Ria – Vung Tau province).
In this year program, leaders of Vedan Vietnam coordinated with leaders of Long Thanh district People’s Committee, Long Thanh district Red Cross, and leaders of communes’ People’s Committees to visit and give more than 1,100 Tet gifts to families in difficult circumstances, and the elderly, victims of Agent Orange, families in policies, poor workers without conditions to welcome Tet in their hometowns. Each gift was at VND500,000-600,000, including: rice, fish sauce, cooking oil, Vedan MSG, seasonings and cash… with hope to help families in difficult circumstances welcome Tet warmer, happier.
On behalf of Vedan Vietnam, Mr. Hsieh Jau Hwang – Chief Strategy Officer at Vedan (Vietnam) said: “The program Tet to every home is an activity with good humanities mean; help families in difficult circumstances have a warm and happy Tet. The program shows the spirit of solidarity, sharing in the society while contributes to implement undertakings and policies of the Party and the State in stabilizing life, spirit for class of people in difficult circumstances. For Vedan Vietnam, this program has continuously been implemented for many years, and we will continuously coordinate with localities to maintain the program.”
Tet is coming! That is spring’s message. The program “Tet to every home – Dinh Dau Spring 2017” was held by Vedan Vietnam Company to present gifts to the poor in order to get a happy Tet. The total cost was over VND800 million. The program would surely bring spring warmer and happier.
