To celebrate the 320th anniversary of Bien Hoa – Dong Nai, the 8th Dong Nai Food Festival was held in 5 days from 5 December 2018 to 9 December 2018 with the participation of food and tourism businesses from the inside and outside of the province. With the theme “Culinary journey connecting tourism”, this was considered as an opportunity to introduce and promote the characteristics of Dong Nai food culture in order to develop tourism in the province.
Vedan Booth in the Food Festival
As one of the typical enterprises in Dong Nai, Vedan Vietnam Enterprise Corp.,Ltd participated in the festival with the new product lines, such as hot pot spices line including Vietnamese seafood hotpot, Thai spicy hotpot, Korean kimchi hotpot and Japanese Shabu Shabu hotpot; fried rice spices with YangZhou fried rice flavors, salted fish fried rice, seafood fried rice, beef pickled fried rice; and fast moving consumer goods line including confectionery, Japanese snack noodles, dried shredded fish. In particular, the first time Vedan launched its new product line to consumers including Vedan Care 100% sunflower seed oil and Vedan Care 100% soybean oil. This line product is an improved line of cooking oil with less smoked when fried, better protecting consumers’ health. These new product lines of Vedan bring to the convenience and quickness that helps women easily prepare delicious meals for their families.
