On Dec 30th, 2016, Vedan Vietnam held the honoring ceremony recording dedications and contributions of staffs working for long years at the company. This is annual event since 2013 to now. In 2016, when the company marked its 25-year anniversary, there are 90 staffs with 20-year working experience and 589 staffs with working experience of over 20 years.
Through 25 years of establishment and development, Vedan Vietnam has had stable position in production, business and unceasingly strived to continuously be Vietnamese leading prestigious enterprise in supplying MSG. Join hands to put aspirations into reality are dedicated leaders and a team of staffs of enthusiasm, passion and desire to contribute to the development of the company.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, General Director – Mr. Yang Kun Hsiang congratulated and sent his deeply gratitude as well as encouraged staffs to continuously strive and accompany with the company’s development.
Participants of the program included guests, Board of Directors and nearly 200 members of Vedan Vietnam big family. In the solemn atmosphere of the ceremony, feeling of pride and happiness when Vedan Vietnam members are together stepping in the same path and that path through 25 years has had many ups and downs; however, with right directions and consensus determination of Vedan family’s members, Vedan has achieved not less successes, created confidence and long-term commitment from its staffs.
On behalf of staffs honored in the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Do – manager of By-Product Processing Plant, represented for 90 staffs working for 20 years at the company said he’s very honored when the company recorded their dedication and efforts. He and other staffs need to further strive for the company’s development. He also hoped that more and more staffs will be honored for their dedication in 20 years, 25 years and longer. Mr. Do also added: “For me in private, the honoring ceremony is the place each member listened, understood, honored their dedications and then feel joy and happiness in life.”
The honoring ceremony expressed concern of Board of Directors of Vedan Vietnam as well as brought values of spirit, creating strong motivation so that staffs could commit longer with the company, making solidarity spirit, creating a strong Vedan Vietnam.
Also right at the honoring program, there was entertainment shows performed by enthusiastic staffs from departments and offices within the company. Deposition emotion mixed with pride with many generations working at Vedan Vietnam right from the early days, it really is a joy, no words can describe it than that. Working at the first FDI Company in Vietnam, members of Vedan Vietnam family with determination will unceasingly take efforts to contribute to long and sustainable development that Vedan Vietnam towards.
To have such successes as today, the key importance is mark of board of directors of the company, those always fastest capture opportunities and challenges, dare to face with difficulties and challenges, steer Vedan ship for 25 years.
The ceremony was more impressed when individuals working closely and dedicating to Vedan Vietnam throughout the past 20 years have received many valuable gifts instead of gratitude of the company Board of Directors.
Message “Vedan determines for long-term development in Vietnam” is confirmation that Vedan Vietnam will be stronger and in each step toward to the future, all board of Directors and Vedan’s staffs will continue innovation, burn passion, solidarity, confidence to complete their mission.
With solidarity, efforts to dedications of the staffs, with right business orientation, always following each fluctuation of market, flexibly in boosting, enhancing new business activities…, it’s believed that in the coming time, Vedan Vietnam will continuously have innovation, and have strong steps following set strategy, creating vedan Vietnam trade mark successful – sustainably.
