In November 2019, Vedan Vietnam solemnly held a ceremony to award medals to nearly 300 employees with 20 and 25 years of working experience. This event made a special mark: Vedan Vietnam Company has a total of 1,000 employees who have been with the company for over 20 years. What helps Vedan Vietnam create this miracle?

A real “second home”
Every 7 am, each company bus carries thousands of employees from Bien Hoa, Ba Ria Vung Tau, Ho Chi Minh City… to Vedan company to start a new working day. Currently, Vedan Vietnam has more than 3,600 employees from all over the country.

Built next to a campus of perennial trees, 4 blocks of 2 floors are dormitories for Vedan’s employees. This is the residence of nearly 400 out-of-province employees, free support for all living needs from electricity, water to the library, entertainment room, table tennis, wifi system…
At Vedan Vietnam, the relationship between foreigners and Vietnamese employees is very harmonious and friendly. Sticking with each other since the days when this place was still a wild land, together they built factories, equipped machines, researched – learned to improve skills, old employees supported new employees… The company regularly organizes free foreign language & Vietnamese language courses, since then the distance between foreigners and Vietnamese employees is significantly shortened.
The daily life and spirit of employees at Vedan Vietnam are much focused. Typically, the sports area includes: football field, volleyball court, basketball court, tennis court … which are built and cared for, where friendly tournaments are regularly held. The dining area serves thousands of meals with 6 meals a day (including late-night meals for workers on the evening shift) or the medical treatment room with 24/24 doctors and nurses, its own ambulance…
If coming to Vedan for the first time, the guests will be surprised that as soon as they turn in the gate, they can leave the noise behind to enjoy the green space like a resort. The aquarium, the willow trees beside the lotus lake, the primeval forest area… are precious green patches that are likened to the company’s “lungs”. Being employed at Vedan Company helped me stabilize my family life and improve my skills. This is the place where I met my wife, and also the place where for the past 25 years I have bonded with the managers and colleagues through many ups and downs of life” – Huynh Van Bay, working at Vedan Vietnam’s Fermentation Workshop, emotionally shared.
