May ushers in the vibrant summer season across the country, and at Vedan, the Board of Directors and Labor Union have once again energized their employees through meaningful leisure trips filled with engaging activities that foster sharing and team spirit.
The 2025 summer travel program was organized for employees who have worked at the company during the periods from January 1, 2008, to December 31, 2019, and from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022. Nearly 900 employees participated in two 3-day, 2-night trips to Nha Trang and two 2-day, 1-night trips to Vung Tau.
These trips offered Vedan’s workforce a colorful range of experiences amidst the beautiful natural landscapes of two famous coastal destinations. Highlights included visits to the Institute of Oceanography, Con Se Tre Island, VinWonders Resort, and Dam Market in Nha Trang, as well as Ho May Park in Vung Tau, where participants immersed themselves in fresh sea breezes, sightseeing, and fully enjoying the vibrant summer atmosphere.
Alongside sightseeing, the Vedan family’s journey was enlivened by team-building activities on Long Cung beach. These events showcased the spirit of unity, responsibility, and creativity through collaborative games. The “Gắn Kết Vươn Xa” Gala Night was filled with excitement, featuring unique performances and a special “Pink Birthday” celebration, where the entire Vedan family warmly congratulated members with birthdays in May, offering heartfelt wishes and surprise gifts.
Mr. Phạm Trung Thuyên, Chairman of the Vedan Labor Union, shared: “Vedan always aspires to be a second home for our employees—not just a place to work but a place for connection, sharing, and comprehensive care for both spirit and body. After joyful moments filled with laughter and bonding during the trips, the ties between departments and colleagues grew stronger, contributing to a more unified and resilient Vedan family. Employees returned to work recharged with positive energy, ready to accelerate production and collaborate smoothly toward shared goals.
