What’s in June’s talented chef class???

As the planned schedule, Vedan has sponsored the Professional Chefs Association to organize “Talented Chef” class. This time, the chef would bring to class a bold taste from the West Southern Vietnam.

Under the guidance of chef Nguyen Van Tra, whom currently working at Premier Hoang Yen Buffet Restaurant, the class members have successfully implemented the steamed fish and roasted shrimp with green chili salt.

The perfect combination of Vedan MSG Mixed Flavor Enhancer and fresh ingredients has made the dish look eye-catching from color to flavor.

The class ended with Vedan’s gifts handed to all the members.
