YOUNG MELON STIR-FRI WITH FROG

Ingredients: Frog, young melon, scallions, dried onions

Spices: Vedan pork seasoning, fish sauce

Cooking steps:

Step 1: Clean the frog, cut pieces to bite-sized. Marinate the frog with Vedan pork, fish sauce, cooking oil, chopped red onion for about 15-20 minutes.
Step 2: Wash young melon, keep the skin intact, cut into bite-sized pieces. Sliced scallions.
Step 3: Heat cooking oil in a pan and then add the frogs and sauté on high heat. When the frog meat is cooked, tender, then put it on a plate.
Step 4: Use the pan again, add some cooking oil, minced shallots and fry until fragrant. Then, stir-fry the melon flavor, seasoning with Vedan pork flavor. When the melon is just cooked, add the frogs and stir-fry together. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Step 5: Put the frog on a plate, sprinkle sliced green onions on top.
