YOUNG SQUID PANCAKE

• Ingredients: Young squid, pancake flour, bean sprouts, chives, raw vegetables

• Spices: Mixture of Vedan monosodium glutamate, salt, Vedan fish sauce

• Cooking steps

Step 1: Preliminarily prepare the squid, use dilute salt water or alcohol to wash the squid to remove the fishy smell. Marinate squid with a little salt, the mixture enhances the taste of Vedan
MSG for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Mix pancake flour with water. Add a little oil, finely chopped scallions into the flour and mix well.

Step 3: Put a little oil in the pan on medium heat, when the pan is hot, add 2-3 squids and stir well. When the squid is almost cooked, add the flour and spread it around the pan.

Step 4: Put some sprouts, chives in and cover for about 30 seconds. When the cake is golden and crispy, fold it in half and put it on a plate. Eat with sweet and sour fish sauce.
