On the occasion of Vu Lan season, the Vegetarian Kitchen Club of the Saigon Professional Chefs Association in collaboration with the Vedan brand organized the “Vegetarian Culinary Knowledge Training” session.
At this workshop, culinary expert Ms. Tue Van (Nguyen Dzoan Cam Van) with more than 30 years of experience contributing to the domestic and international culinary scene, and the author of nearly 100 cookbooks, Ms. Tue Van made 2 vegetarian dishes combined with Vedan MSGFlavoring Mixture and Vedan Vegetable and Mushroom Seasoning Powder, which are “Vegetarian Vermicelli Soup” and “Hieu Hanh Fried Rice”, which are simple but have a rich and attractive flavor.
