Vedan had the great pleasure to be the sponsor for the program “Fostering Vietnamese Culinary Knowledge” organized by the Saigon Professional Chefs Association in June 2022

The program was held on June 29th , 2022 with the theme “Vietnamese cuisine” guided by chef Dang Anh Huy (Chairman of Vietnamese Cuisine Club, Lecturer of Saigon Tourism College). The trainees were taught  two special regional dishes: Pork tenderloin rolls vegetables stewed with Hanoi plum, Eggplant rolls sweet potato and  minced meat served with tamarind sauce. The dishes were specially prepared with Vedan Pork Flavor Seasoning and  Vedan  Vegetable Mushroom Flavor Seasoning.

With the message “It’s our pleasure to make food more delicious”, Vedan brand always desires to bring more suitable spices to consumers as well as accompanies “Super Chefs” to make many diverse dishes  with full of  creativity and delicous  flavor.
