On this November culinary journey, under the guidance of Chef Phạm Vũ Nguyên – Executive Chef of Love Garden – the participants had the chance to explore two Asian-inspired dishes, where every ingredient is awakened and shines through the skilful pairing with Vedan seasoning products.
Soybean & Soy Sauce Marinated Chicken – layers of tradition, unforgettable taste
The chicken is marinated with fermented soybean paste, soy sauce and spices so that the flavour penetrates every fibre of the meat. With slow cooking, the chicken becomes tender, juicy and full of flavour. In particular, the delicate support of Vedan MSG and Vedan pork seasoning granules adds depth to the sauce, creating a well-balanced, rounded taste. Each slice of chicken carries a comforting warmth that feels both familiar and refined in a modern style.
Crispy Prawn with Mango Sauce – golden crunch with a bright sweet-sour twist
Fresh prawns are coated in Vedan multi-purpose crispy frying mix, deep-fried until golden and crunchy while keeping their natural sweetness and springy texture. The mango sauce is made from just-ripe mangoes, bringing a light sourness and gentle sweetness that feels refreshing. When combined with the crispy prawns and a touch of Vedan MSG, the flavours become balanced, appetising and full of energy.
The workshop not only helped participants improve their cooking skills, but also opened a new perspective on the role of seasonings in shaping the identity of each dish. Vedan seasoning products became a “reliable assistant” – connecting every ingredient, highlighting natural flavours and enhancing everyday dining experiences.
