Vedan Vietnam at the Hanoi Autumn Fair 2025

The Hanoi Autumn Fair 2025—where culture meets commerce—took place from October 26 to November 4. This is the first nationwide fair directed by the Prime Minister. The event gathered 34 provinces/cities, 2,500+ businesses (including cooperatives and major Vietnamese corporations), with about 3,000 booths and 10,000+ products on display and for trade. Many international partners also joined to showcase, network, and explore cooperation opportunities.

At the fair, Vedan Vietnam’s booth featured a wide range of seasonings and frozen products: seasoning powder, MSG, fish sauce, dipping sauces, chili sauce, Vedan Seafood Scallop Sauce, Vedan Mushroom Sauce, Golden Fish Balls, Taiwanese fresh sausage, Taiwanese crispy fried chicken, and more. Our special promotions drew thousands of visitors to stop by, experience, and shop.

A highlight at the booth was the live cooking by Master Chef Trương Công Lệ—a chef with 35+ years of experience, honored with the “Golden Hands” Culinary Artisan title and the Best Master Chef Award 2024. With skill and passion, the Master Chef presented 11 delicious dishes featuring Vedan Seafood Scallop Sauce and Vedan Mushroom Sauce—showing how everyday ingredients can shine with the right sauces. Each dish blended the chef’s expertise with Vedan’s product quality, sharing “deliciousness made with love” with every guest.
